For too long, working  families in Illinois have been given promises instead of progress. Career politicians have asked us to hope for a better future while conditions for everyday people continue to decline. I believe it is time to leave these empty promises in the past. Actions speak louder than words, and our  communities deserve representatives who deliver results.
